In the first trip, T3 (know also known as "SFB") took the keys to the keyless car with her. That meant the T' (aka TSH) could not restart the car or lock it or..... you get the picture. I had to push it into the parking space - WHEW!
Watching them put on the 10 pound cast was fascinatin - first a sock to cover the leg; then a bunch of cotton for padding, then layer after layer of material that looked like ace bandages but really was fiberglass (it turned rock hard after water was added).
T3 was REALLY lucky that the break didn't damage a ligament since two ligaments are attached very close to the break. I still can't believe it was a break since I watched the whole fall & thought it was more "painful" than serious. Shows what little I know - maybe I too should be called "SFB" (the "FB" stands for "For Brains" & the rest I leave up to you).
Looks like a few weeks in the present cast & then hopefully a smaller one if healing is going well. The Dr said it should be an 8-10 week healing process & told Tanya to stay off the eliptical & to walk as little as possible.
Bad day at Black Rock for the "TTT & Whitemop" home team.
On the other hand, "Roman Edward Mitchell" looks cute & his parents are so proud, albeit totally sleeep deprived.
Boy, two trips to Kaiser in one day!
